So I’ve really been struggling lately with ideas for what to have for supper (or dinner as most of you probably call it). It seems like we’ve been busy busy and I’ve been slacking at planning out our meals which leaves me scrambling to find something to make 30 minutes before we should be eating. Not good.
It may also have something to do with the fact that I can’t ever decide what I’m hungry for lately (I blame pregnancy). Almost every time it ends up being Mexican, which my husband is getting really sick of. Oops.
I requested breakfast for dinner last night and he said absolutely not. What is wrong with him?! Doesn’t he know that breakfast for dinner is totally a thing and it’s absolutely genius if you ask me.
Anyway, I need some new recipes to add to our rotation. If you have any that are tried and true, like you can easily think of them off the top of your head, please leave them in the comments below. I’ll be forever grateful, and so will my husband. Unless they are all chicken recipes, then he’ll just be mad. This man is a meat and potatoes kind of guy to the core.
