I’m going to be completely honest and admit that I have been putting exercise on the back burner lately. Life has been crazy and unfortunately my workouts have been what has taken the hit. I’ve been trying to squeeze them in when I can but it hasn’t been nearly as often as I want.
I notice that I am just not as happy and I’m not liking how my clothes are starting to look/feel again. With the holidays coming up, I want to be at a happy place. It’s hard enough to stick to good habits during the next couple months, I don’t’ want to make it worse!
So I’ve decided that I am going to make this month…
We all get busy, things come up, we are tired, we have a million things to do, there’s always something. But really, there should be no excuse.
I started this morning with a 5:15 am workout at home and am going to keep it up. I’m going to get back to my good habits and not make any excuses. I have all the resources I need at home, I just need to get my butt out of bed.
So who’s with me? I challenge you to make this month, No Excuse November.
I’d love to keep you accountable and vice versa if you’re interested. We can email/text/create a Facebook group, whatever, but we can check in and make sure there are no excuses!
