We had Hayden’s birthday part on May 27th at our house. We decided to start the party at 4:30 because I wanted to make sure he got a good afternoon nap in so he would be ready to take in all the festivities!
invitation from Dimple Prints
welcome sign from The Lovely Apple
When he woke up he was unsure of what to think with all of the decorations. His eyes got really wide and he just took it all in!
Hayden’s birthday outfit was made by the sweet Hether from Ditsy Daisy Boutique
He really liked the balloons 🙂
Birthday banner and confetti garland from Shapes On a String
I think it’s safe to say everyone’s favorite aspect of the decorations was the monthly pictures. Everyone loved looking back at how much Hayden’s grown and changed!
We had tables set up in the garage for people to eat but I forgot to get a picture!
Hayden spent most of his time entertaining everyone by pushing around his tractor!
Cousin Chloe wasn’t too far behind 🙂
Robbie grilled burgers, brats, and hot dogs and we had potato salad, maccaroni salad, and chips.
After we ate it was present time.
He actually did really good with trying to rip the paper!
He couldn’t wait to test out his puppy lawn chair!
The dump truck was a hit!
Opening presents is exhausting. Time to take a break.
Back at it….oooh what’s that?!
Time for cake!
He was proud of himself. Notice the blue streak down the middle of his hair.
Time to say bye bye to some of the guests. Bath time.
Great G&G M Auntie Nellie, Aunti Aly, and Uncle Jay
Apparently he didn’t want Uncle Chase to leave
This last picture with G&G K about sums it up. He was ready for his bath and bed!
We had a great time and Hayden loved all the attention. We’re so lucky to live so close to family and friends and be able to celebrate these moments with them!
