Well South Dakota weather has been taking its sweet time, but it IS warming up and bikini season will be here soon whether we’re ready or not.
I’ve joined a bunch of gals on Instagram (@mateyab32) for a few fitness challenges in May. A great way to keep accountable.
I will say that I am usually the person that is super annoyed by people constantly posting pictures of themselves before/after/during a workout or posting what they’ve done, BUT now I can say that I totally get why they do it. Having others leave comments of encouragement is so empowering. It’s so good to know you’re in good company. And having a challenge like this gives you the extra “push” you might need when you’re feeling like sitting on the couch. 🙂
Another thing I’m doing is the 24 Day Challenge from Advocare.
Have you heard of Advocare? I did the 24 Day Challenge (a modified version beings I was still breastfeeding) at the end of February, thanks to Molly, and had great results. I felt great and was so happy. Then I stopped pumping and started back on birth control, my body went through some major changes, I was training for a half marathon and apparently thought I could eat anything my heart desired. I’m so ready to get back to feeling good before I have to start wearing my summer clothes, so I’m doing the challenge again.
**I’ve decided to become an Independent Distributor of Advocare , basically to get the discount on the products because I have continued using a few of them even after the challenge. I don’t want to be pushy, but would definitely love to tell you more about it IF you’re interested. **
My favorite product is SPARK, which I know a lot of people in the blog world have been raving about too. It’s a great alternative for all you coffee/soda drinkers.
