*How far along?: 30 weeks! That seems so far along…only 10ish to go! 🙂
*How big is baby?: Baby B is about 3 pounds and 15.7 inches long.
About the size of a head of cabbage
*Sleep?: Sleep has been pretty good. Still up once to go to the bathroom.
I have started tucking a pillow under my belly when I lay down and it is so much more comfortable!
*Best moment this week? Checking some things off of the baby list!
We finally started on the crib!
Our travel system also came so we got that set up too!
We decided to go with the Chicco travel system in the Midori color. After seeing it and trying it out in person we both really liked it. It was super easy to put together and we both love it! We will also be getting the jogging stroller, but decided we would want the travel system too.
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa K!!!
Robbie and I each took it for a couple laps around the kitchen and gave it a thumbs up. 🙂
*Food cravings?: Cold things. Ice water, juice, ice cream.
*What I miss: Running and feeling cute haha!
*What I’m looking forward to:
This weekend I am heading to the city for a special weekend of celebrations with my best girlfriends from college. We are celebrating an engagement, a wedding, and a baby on the way!
I am so thankful to have such wonderful girls in my life!
I had a great 30 week check-up with my Dr. I talked to her about the heart rate thing and exercise and she gave me the all-clear to keep doing what I’m doing. She said not to worry about the HR and to just listen to my body (which I had been doing). I am thankful to still be able to do my workouts. I’ll be doing burpees as long as I can 🙂
I had some serious round ligament pain throughout the night and early morning one day this week. Every time I rolled over in bed it was like a shooting pain in my belly. I asked Dr. C about it and she said that is what it must have been. The pain was worse when I laid down and didn’t go away for a few hours. It hurt to bend over and move certain ways. No fun! I guess I better get geared up for what contractions feel like 🙂
It’s crazy to think we are in the 30’s already! As of Sunday we will be in the single digits for weeks left. That just seems unreal! We are looking so forward to meeting this little guy.
Kind of crazy how much can change in just 11 short weeks!
I had to post that 30 week picture for a couple reasons. a)I look absolutely exhausted which is exactly true. Robbie took the picture about 10:30 pm after a long day at work and a Scentsy open house I had until 9 pm. b)he said, “You wear that outfit all the time.” It totally cracked me up because it is so true. My options are getting limited and I just do not want to spend money on maternity clothes for 2 months!
A couple more from 30 weeks!
