*How far along?: 27 Weeks!
*How big is baby?: Baby B is about 2 pounds and is about 14 1/2 inches long. About the size of head of cauliflower! Yum 🙂
*Sleep?: Sleep has been great. Still up once a night for the bathroom, but nothing to complain about!
*Best moment this week? Passing my glucose test “with flying colors” and having another good Doctors appointment. My number needed to be below 130 and I was at 95!
It really wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated. Plus I got to finish “Catching Fire” while I waited to get my blood drawn. 🙂
She said everything is measuring perfectly and all looks good with Baby B. Praise the Lord! I now go every 3 weeks! Time is going to start flying by!
*Food cravings?: Sweets. Jellybeans, Nibs, Cookies, etc. It’s amazing I passed my glucose test haha! Good thing I only allow myself these things every once in awhile.
*What I miss: Nothing!
*What I’m looking forward to: Finishing painting Baby B’s nursery this weekend. Spending some time with my girlfriends and family!
My Dr. put it well at my appointment. She said the last trimester is going to feel sort of like a time warp. In one respect they are going to drag on because I am slowly going to get more uncomfortable and more anxious to meet the little guy, but on the other hand they are going to fly by very quickly!
She said if there are any major plans or projects I want to get done that we should probably get them finished up. Holy cow…we better get a move on!
This past weekend Robbie and I hit up our local baby superstore and I could not help but laugh at him. He was so overwhelmed. He asked me 119231 questions and wanted to make sure we would have one of these, and one of those, etc. He’s going to be a great dad, that’s for sure.
Also went to Target and finished up our registry! Who knew a baby would need so much “stuff” 🙂
I have been having some back pain lately, but it probably has to do with the fact that we had a snow day from work and I spent the entire day cleaning our house. It’s getting harder and harder to bend over and scrub floors.
