Hey everyone! It is November! Can you believe it? Seriously, I feel like it was just June!
Time really flies by! November means Thanksgiving and that means Christmas is around the corner. If I had it my way, I would decorate for Christmas ASAP, but Robbie has a strict “no Christmas before Thanksgiving” policy.
To celebrate Halloween last night, Robbie and I carved pumpkins.
We live out in the boonies, remember, so we don’t get any trick or treaters. We had to make our own entertainment.
Robbie was adamant about saving those pumpkin seeds to roast.
This is the closets I could get to him taking a picture with me.
The final products.
The one on the left is mine, embarrassing, I know. Robbie’s turned out great.
We had stencils but I got frustrated with mine so I decided to go free-hand and do the generic jack-o-lantern face. Oh well.
At one point we were both so focused Robbie said, “So much for family bonding time, we aren’t even talking to each other.” hahah!
